have taken a car loan from one of my friend for Rs. 9,00000/- on 15th July 2021 shall be repaying him in 24 months period starting from 15th August 2021, with a interest rate of 6% wanted to know the calculation on a daily reducing balance formula, If possible send the chart for the same too.

Thanks for the great emi calculator with most of the options!

Suggestions:
1. I have taken the home loan for 25,00,000/- for the tenure of 20 years at the interest rate of 8.6%. After 2 years, my loan interest rate has reduced to 6.9% and I expect the calculator to consider the new interest rate(6.9%) and adjust the amount for the remaining loan duration. It will be great if you can enhance this calculator to handle the explained scenario.
2. Multiple prepayments option.
